Food Surplus Management & Community Food Rescue
In partnership with the Scholars of Sustenance (SOS) Foundation, our resort actively participates in a food surplus management and food rescue initiative that redistributes safe, nutritious, surplus cooked meals to communities in need across Bali.
Food Waste Management & Circular Sustainability
Through Black Soldier Fly (BSF) bioconversion technology, organic food waste is efficiently transformed into natural organic fertilizer, reducing landfill waste and minimizing our environmental footprint.
Cooking Oil Waste Management
Used cooking oil from our kitchens is collected and recycled into biodiesel, a form of renewable energy that helps reduce reliance on fossil fuels.
